"We met Lysette at a wedding fayre in Brentwood a few months ago and instantly liked her, she's really warm and friendly and her cake samples were delicious! We knew straight away that we wanted her to make our wedding cake, and couldn't have been happier with it. She's been a complete pleasure to work with, and many of our guests said that the naked 4 tier cake (chocolate truffle, lemon, white chocolate and raspberry and cherry bakewell, decorated with seasonal fruit) was the most delicious wedding cake they've tried.

The tasting session at Lystte's house was great fun and the whole process has been brilliant. She was also really obliging in meeting our guests' requirements for a gluten-free bar and butter-free layer. The kids loved their cake pops too!

We're still munching our way through the final few slices, and two days later it's just as delicious and moist. Fully recommend - thanks Lysette!"
