with our legal obligations. We keep your personal data within our Internal record keeping, we may use this info to contact you after your wedding date to ask for review submissions or info for voting purposes during award applications.

We share images of your wedding cake on social media and website together with your names and wedding venue and date unless otherwise instructed.

period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the
security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally
obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and maestro. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of
payment information.  Your billing information which is only used by the payment processor for the purpose of performing fraud protection is encrupted before being communicated to them. The Couture Baker will never see your account number (PAN) This means that the payment form is either off-site or displayed on a frame on the payment page.


The payment processor we work with are Stripe.
